She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Barcelona (UB), as well as a Master’s in Business Management from the University of the West of England (UWE), which reinforces her comprehensive and results-driven approach in the field of global mobility.

Additionally, she has a Specialist Certification in Immigration and International Mobility from CEF (Centro de Estudios Financieros), focused on key areas such as visa and residence permits, digital nomads and startup founders, highly qualified professionals, family reunifications, student mobility, EU citizens’ rights, and Spanish nationality procedures, among others.

With over 9 years of experience in international and multicultural environments, Ainhoa has successfully led more than 300 immigration processes, including the legal onboarding of foreign employees, the renewal of residence permits, and the residence applications of digital nomads relocating to Spain.

As an expert in the practical application of Law 14/2013 and Law 28/2022, she provides strategic advice to entrepreneurs, highly skilled professionals, and remote workers—designing legal pathways that allow them to establish themselves in Spain with legal security and peace of mind.
